Rosemary Crites, owner of Cache~Cachet, has over 20 years of retail experience working with high-end women's apparel and accessories. After attending the University of Oregon, she worked at I. Magnin in Portland and went on to spend the next two decades in sales and management at Nordstrom.
Catering daily to women who purchase luxury knits and cashmere, Rosemary realized there were no items on the market designed to protect these expensive St. John suits, Chanel sweaters, and Hermès blankets. It was then that the idea for a luxury coverture, as chic as the clothes that fit inside it, was born.
Cache~Cachet is for the discerning client who understands luxury and wants to know how to care for high-priced and treasured knits and silks. The covertures are offered in two sizes with rich texture, design appeal and durability.
Since luxury is synonymous with ease, each coverture is made from a beautiful, easy-care, washable, poly/cotton interior design fabric. A see-through ribbon of plastic allows users to effortlessly view the contents while a secluded pocket contains a sachet of natural herbs to protect clothing and accessories from moths and other damaging elements. The covertures can be used at home or while traveling, to separate and protect garments, and during the summer months, to store blankets.
